If you have questions about Medicare — and you might have a lot, depending on your circumstances — Lyon County Extension has answers.
Certified SHICK counselors and Extension staffers Travis Carmichael and Melody Garcia have a Medicare Basics Q&A — actually two of them — on Wednesday. Sessions will be from 10:30-11:30 am and 5:30-6:30 pm at the Lyon County Fairgrounds Anderson Building, and the same information will be provided at both sessions. Residents who are turning 65 soon, are caregivers of elderly family members or simply wanting a better basic understanding of Medicare are all encouraged to attend.
The sessions are free to attend.
