The Emporia State University men’s basketball team is generating excitement for the start of the season with its third annual tip-off breakfast on Friday.
The Hornet basketball team and Head Coach Tom Billeter will be in attendance that morning to share a meal with fans and supporters before a brief program.
Coach Billeter joined KVOE’s Primetime Newsmaker Monday morning and shared his excitement for the upcoming season, noting they have a young, talented and diverse team.
The cost of the breakfast is a free-will donation and is open to the community. The breakfast will take place inside the Emporia State University SkyLine room in the Memorial Union. Doors will open at 6:30am, with the program starting at 6:45.
The event will conclude by 7:45 am.
